Broker Pre-Licensing $500
This course meets the requirements of the NC Real Estate Commission 75 Hour Pre-Licensing Course to be eligible to take the state board exams to become a licensed NC Real Estate Agent in NC.

All NC Real Estate Agents are required to complete 3/30-hour Post Licensing Courses within 18 months of receiving their license. This is education for real estate agents.
You may take these courses in any order to remove the Provisional Status from your license.

All NC Real Estate Agents are required to complete 3/30 hour Real Estate Broker Classes for Post Licensing Courses within 18 months of receiving their license.
