All NC Real Estate Agents are required to complete 3/30 hour Post Licensing Courses within 18 months of receiving their license.
You may take these courses in any order to remove the Provisional Status from your license.

Can't Pay for your Pre-Licensing or Post Licensing Course upfront and still want to reserve your spot? No worries just click the deposit link and pay a $100 deposit after you send an email request to our school. Please keep in mind that your balance must be paid in full before class starts.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you make a deposit please make sure you are able to complete your payment before your class starts or you will risk losing your initial deposit.
